Responding to the Gospel call to serve others and seek justice; we seek to provide students with opportunities to engage in service to both our local and broader communities in order to promote social responsibility and foster a sense of unity in a pluralistic world. '

Service allows students to broaden their perspectives and cultivate a strong sense of IU’s mission to “seek truth, promote justice, and engage in dialogue between faith and culture.” Service is grounded in the recognition of each person’s inherent dignity and our response to the needs of the world. Students will have the opportunity to grow as individuals, persons of faith, and citizens in the world.
